The Future is Spatial. Will You Lead the Way?
Spatial context is the next frontier of biological discovery. At BMKGENE, we are committed to empowering the scientific community with the tools to map the molecular architecture of life. To celebrate the opening of our new european spatial laboratory in Münster, Germany, we are awarding 22 free spatial transcriptomic service opportunities to the most visionary projects in the world today.
With a total prize value of €60,000, this is your opportunity to transform your research with sub-cellular precision and industry-leading data depth.
What does BMKGENE provide for this award?
●End-to-End Service Excellence: Our experts handle the entire technical pipeline – from OCT block sectioning and RNA collection to library preparation and deep sequencing – at our specialized facility in Münster. We will accompany you through the entire journey. Read more about BMKGENE spatial transcriptomic service.
●Direct Experimental Participation (New): We are welcome our award winners to visit the spatial lab in Germany to personally supervise the critical cryosectioning step for their samples. This exclusive opportunity ensures the highest level of experimental oversight and technical confidence for your project.
●Sub-cellular Precision: Powered by the BMKMANU S3000 platform, our service delivers genome-wide gene expression data at a remarkable 3.5 µm resolution. By capturing poly(A) tails of RNA molecules, we enable you to visualize where your genes are expressed within the complex tissue architecture.
●Unrivaled Data Depth: To ensure comprehensive detection of the expressed transcriptome, we provide 100 Gb of PE150 data per capture area. All samples are sequenced using the cutting-edge Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform, delivering high-efficiency data with unmatched accuracy.
●Global Impact & Visibility: We provide our winners with a platform to showcase their findings through global webinars and high-profile on-site events, elevating the reach and scientific impact of your research.
