●   Fungal Fine Genome Option:

                         Genome Survey: Illumina NovaSeq PE150.

                         Genome Assembly: PacBio Revio (HiFi reads) or Nanopore PromethION 48.

●    Chromosome-level Fungal Genome:

                        Genome Survey: Illumina NovaSeq PE150.

                        Genome Assembly: PacBio Revio (HiFi reads) or Nanopore PromethION 48.

                        Contig anchoring with Hi-C assembly.
